**COMMUNICATION OFFICER**

**Report to**: Communication Manager

**Type of job**: Full -time

**Expected starting date**: July 8, 2024

**Duration**: 12 months with possibility of extension

**I. Background**

For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) is a social foundation, operating for non-profit purposes, and contributing to the achievement of Sustainable Developments Goals (SDGs).

To achieve this mission, VSF has implemented 05 core programs: (1) School Nutrition Program; (2) Child Protection Program; (3) Young Talents Nurturing Program; (4) Act For Environment Program; (5) Women Development.

Apart from the major projects to turn five core programs into reality, VSF also regularly perform activities to promote gender equality, conducts or sponsors charitable and humanitarian activities such as the program to accompany Government in the fight against COVID-19, the Blood Donation Program “Red Sunday”, “Tet for the poor”, heart surgery for children, civil construction such as building schools for poor students in highland areas, building bridges, etc.

**II. Main responsibility**:

- External and internal communication plan of each project: Work closely with the Director, Communication Manager and staff of VSF to identify the external and internal communication needs. And then develop the communication plan, including the budget plan.
- Carry out the external and internal communication plan of each project, as well as monitor, evaluate, and report
- Perform the payment procedure for the communication activities of each program / project
- In charge of manage the brand image of VSF with all communication products of all projects; ensure compliance with the approved corporate identity program/CIP
- Manage and update information of the projects the VSF’s website, fanpage, instagram, youtube.
- Assist the Director in seeking and developing/maintaining relationships with donors and partners
- Conduct tasks as required

**III. Requirement**:

- Minimum of BA in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English or similar fields
- Preferred have 3 years’ experience in the communication and mass media function
- 2 years’ experience in the same position
- Good communication and writing skills in Vietnamese and English
- Good network with journalists / press and government officers.
- Good in communication, presentation & negotiation
- Ability to handle communication crisis
- Ability to plan and implement communication plan, including online campaign, articles
- Having skills in design (familiar with design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar), film-making, and photography skill
- Proficient in operating social networking sites, website administration, using effective measurement tools.
- Able to travel to project areas on a regular basis
