- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to high-quality coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in fullstack development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js.
- Experience with.NET, PHP, Python, and React.js.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
