**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
1. Defines the entity HSE program and objectives
a. Assesses entity gaps with group documents and technical standard with IMS Manager and with industrial Director. Defines HSE Policy.
Defines HSE yearly plan:
b. Sets entity priorities to effectively support substainable compliance on Safety, Health and environmental issues
c. Defines measurable objectives and proposes coordinated plans (resources, steps, inspections...) to management for the coming year
d. Consolidates final plans design into a entity program and communicates to manager

2. Supports operating management in the HSE Program implementation
a. According to GP 6, 7 & 8: Supports operations by developing Job task hazard analyses, supports industrial departments in the identification of job/tasks requiring qualification and in definition of competency requirements for each of them
b. Establishes with Industrial Manager procedure describing the steps in analysis and treatment of incident, near issued incidents or accidents
c. Ensures personal protective equipment requirements are established and managed
d. Defines with operations and other HSE Stakholders (IMS, RMR...) the frequency and responsabilities for plant HSE inspections
e. Ensures with management that HSE Plans are developped and implemented at entity and plant level. Ensures Managers, Operators and Employees involvement

3. Establishes HSE indicators to steer the HSE program and plans
a. Assesses from plans and HSE priorities what are the relevant indicators to oversee the plan implementation and to follow-up HSE global results
b. Evaluates with Operations managers the current indicators followed for HSE and adapt requirements if necessary
c. Provides trends analysis and alerts managers according to indicators assessment

4. Follows-up the the progress of HSE plans
a. Prepares and organizes HSE meetings at entity level. Ensures the information is transfered at the plant and regional level through managers
b. Participates to plant and region inspection on safety procedure implementation and plans deployment
c. Coordinates and takes part in the internal HSE audits and coordinates the external HSE audits
d. Ensures that corrective and preventive actions are taken (according to IMS-GP14) after each incident or accident
e. Analyses plant inspection reports (concerning only HSE)
f. Provides entity HSE report on performances

5. Proposes improvements and adjustments in plans to management
a. Assesses opportunities for improvement from inspection reports and indicators analysis
b. Sets and supports achievement goals based on the entity performance
c. Participates to the IMS program implementation and brings on request his/her experience in crisis management, RFSR, specification of HSE critical components, equipments
d. Ensures IMS assessment of Maintenance and Procurement plans and objectives, communicates it and coordinates actions with HSE Coordinator (regions)

6. Promotes the HSE policy and programs within the organisation
a. Communicates to the organization the regulatory, entity and Group HSE expectations and HSE program
