The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Assist driver partners with onboarding (consultation, document verification, contract signing).
- Ensure quality control in the driver recruitment process across Hanoi and other cities.
- Execute online recruitment through job postings, social media seeding, and the Zalo channel.
- Support and coordinate with relevant teams as needed per management’s request.

**Requirements**:

- Graduated from College or higher.
- Preferably with at least 6 months of recruitment experience, especially in mass hiring (including experience as an intern or collaborator)
- Detail-oriented and able to work with precision
- Good communication skills, flexible, eager to learn, and proactive in work
- Familiar with basic Microsoft Office tools
