**Brief Call**: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you
**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **About the job**:

- Participate in all stages of product development, from requirements to design to implementation.
- Troubleshoot and improve current systems and their performance by working closely with various product teams.
- To keep current with industry norms, conduct solo research or team conversations to learn and extend your knowledge.
- Ensure coding quality for yourself and your colleagues.
- Development of important components or modules, as well as contributions to product design and maintenance.
- Assist the team leader with technical analysis in order to deliver the best technical solution, as well as assist colleagues with technical challenges in order to finish assigned projects/tasks on time.

**About you**:

- Academic degree or equivalent working experience in Information Technology or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Java Technology (Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Java Core, etc,..)
- Experienced with Oracle.
- Good logical thinking, strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
