- Design review and BOQ to ensure technical demonstration according to TTI requirements and contracts.
- Do a layout of equipment of Production or Facility
- Coordinate and support where necessary for statutory submissions with design consultants and Contractors.
- Review and approve construction shop drawings submitted by Contractors, ensure compliance with the requirements of the design and specification.
- Capture and create a list of defects/non-conformity for contractors to fix for the installation on site.
- Attend all T&C program of Mechanical system.
- Review, comment and approve O&M documents submitted by Contractors.
- Review and ensure all as-build drawings according to site installation.
- Working with other department for acceptance and MOC, firefighting acceptance
- Yearly Maintenance Master Plan development and execute.
- Prepare SOP, WI and Issue Response Flow Chart
- Issue tracking and element: trouble shooting, find root cause, coordinate with PRC Vendor to fix and prepare Report.
- Vendor service supervisors ensure compliance with TTI’s regulations.
- Continue Improve Mech System, solution optimize system including safety and energy saving.
- Prepare Mech system budget: spare part and consumable part, operation budget.
- Review and approve the contractor's installation method of statement and submittals of material prior entering to site.
- Daily meeting and assigned daily work for technician.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Facility Supervisor and Manager.

This position will be based in Tan Phu Trung, Cu Chi Factory. Shuttle bus from Tan Binh, Binh Thanh, Hoc Mon, Thu Duc District 1, 9; Binh Duong; Dong Nai is available.

- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and resolve problems.
- Excellent communication in Vietnamese, good communication skill in English, ability to read technical documents in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Project, AutoCAD.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
