- Từ thứ 2 - 6
- Giờ làm việc: Linh hoạt với thời gian chính từ 9:00 sáng đến 3:00 chiều

**Mô tả công việc**:

- Phát triển các ứng dụng web với PHP Laravel, Node.js, Go
- Quản lý một nhóm kỹ sư dưới 10 người với nhiệm vụ phát triển và thiết kế một ứng dụng web được sử dụng trong ngành xây dựng.
- Tham gia vào quá trình lập tài liệu, phân tích yêu cầu, thiết kế, triển khai, xem xét mã, thử nghiệm đơn vị và vận hành sản phẩm.
- Thảo luận, đề xuất giải pháp cho nhóm và quản lý tiến độ của các thành viên.
- Dẫn dắt nhóm hoàn thành mục tiêu và sứ mệnh của công ty.
- Đào tạo, hỗ trợ và tạo động lực cho các thành viên trong nhóm.
- Giải quyết vấn đề (kỹ thuật và con người).

**Yêu cầu**:

- Hơn 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm Backend Developer (PHP)
- Có kinh nghiệm về Laravel, Node.js, Golà một lợi thế
- Cần có kinh nghiệm trên đám mây AWS.
- Phát triển dựa trên yêu cầu kéo với Git
- Kỹ năng khắc phục sự cố.
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý nhóm ít nhất 3-5 người, khả năng lãnh đạo xuất sắc, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao
- Kỹ năng tiếng Anh (Giao tiếp trung cấp, Đọc, Viết)

**Chế độ**:

- Lương : ~ 3500-4000usd
- Thưởng : Hai lần một năm (13,5 tháng lương / năm.)
