**Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design Expertise**:

- Develop visually stunning graphics and layouts for various digital platforms.
- Employ advanced graphic design techniques to craft user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure design consistency across all project deliverables while adhering to brand guidelines.

**Website Design**:

- Lead the design process for sophisticated and user-centric websites, focusing on usability and functionality.
- Implement cutting-edge website design methodologies to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Having experiences in UI/UX design is a plus

**Brand Development and Conceptualization**:

- Drive brand strategy sessions to conceptualize and refine brand identities that resonate with target audiences.
- Translate brand objectives into compelling visual designs that elevate brand presence across diverse channels.
- Uphold brand consistency and integrity throughout all design projects and communication materials.

**Design Quality Management**:

- Establish and enforce design standards and best practices within the team.
- Conduct regular quality assessments to ensure design excellence and alignment with client expectations.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers to foster their professional growth.

**Requirements**:
**Hard Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in graphic design, with expertise in UI/UX.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional skills in UI/UX (is a plus), website design, and brand development.

**Soft Skills**:

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in design thinking.
- Client-focused approach and experience with client interaction.
- Project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
- A mindset conducive to a start-up environment (a plus).
