A Salesperson is responsible for selling services directly to customers at their homes or businesses. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage potential customers, explain service benefits, and close sales. The primary goal is to build customer relationships and generate revenue through face-to-face interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:*
- Sales Generation:* Visit potential customers at their homes or businesses to present and sell our services.
- Product Knowledge:* Understand and communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of the services offered.
- Customer Interaction:* Engage customers in conversation, answer questions, and address any concerns they may have about the service.
- Lead Generation:* Identify and follow up on potential leads to grow the customer base.
- Record Keeping:* Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and any follow-up activities.
- Sales Targets:* Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Product Demonstration:* Provide demonstrations or presentations of the product/service when applicable.
- Handling Rejections:* Manage rejections professionally, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Feedback:* Provide feedback to the sales team or management on customer needs, issues, and overall market trends.
- Travel:* Travel within assigned territories to meet with customers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:*
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:*
- Previous experience in sales, particularly door-to-door or field sales.
- Professional knowledge of the product/service being sold.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Working Conditions**:*

Extensive walking and standing.

Exposure to varying weather conditions.

Frequent travel within designated territory

Compensation 15,000,000 VND plus commission on sales.

Commission is to be discussed at time of interview.

Hourly wage is 78,125 VND Full time work 8 hours per day 6 days per week

192 hours per month.

Pay: 15,000,000₫ per month
