**Job Summary**:
A site supervision engineer that has good understanding and working experience with high voltage 110kV substation project and medium voltage 22kV distribution project including the corresponding infrastructure.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Be a part of Engineering & Project Execution Department.
- Support Project Management in the site implementation (planning, monitor mechanical and electrical of projects in the plants).
- Contractor safety management (training, monitoring, working with heads and workers).
- Set milestones of power system construction with the Team and control project plans that include progress monitoring.
- Do construction supervision on HV, MV and LV system, such as power cable, switchgear cubicle and protection relay.
- HV/MV Electrical equipment installation and Testing. HV/MV Energizing including Transmission line and Substation works.
- Report the status of the project progress for the planed schedule and provide corrective actions necessary if the planned schedule is not achieved.
- Work with other project management teams to resolve project issues and ensure that project work is done / completed.
- Confirm the acceptance inspection report.
- Arrangement of all documents, such as as-built drawing, test report, meeting minutes and so on.
- Handover of completed projects to operation department.
- Initial troubleshooting, such as reporting trouble situation.
- Set up quality procedures to ensure execution quality of installations.
- Ensure all safety measures and regulations are followed.

**Requirements/Abilities**:
- Must be knowledgeable of the full power project development cycle. Knowledge/experience in coordinating or carrying out studies that are required during the development of high voltage substation will be advantageous (measurement campaign, UXO, Geotechnical Studies, Topographic Surveys, Flood Studies, etc.).
- Experience in construction and commissioning of HV power projects is a plus.
- Knowledge/qualifications on Health and Safety Standards within Vietnam will be a distinct advantage.
- Possess supervisory and project management skills.
- A self-starter, possessing the ability to organize and manage highly skilled multi-disciplined technical staff.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of SCADA systems.
- Electrical supervision certification is a preference.
- Understanding of Vietnam construction regulation is a plus.
- Understanding of EVN regulation for the permitting is a plus.
- Understanding of the Vietnam solar is a plus.
- Excellent Vietnamese and English language skills (both spoken and written).
- Ability to compose clear and accurate reports in English and Vietnamese.
- Knowledge of MS Office solutions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Experience with drawing layouts in AutoCAD or similar.

**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent technical education (e.g., in civil /mechanical/ electrical/ industrial engineering)
- 5 years experiences in construction of High and Medium voltage power projects.
