Lab Technician

As a global supplier of chemical formulations to the electronics industry, Macdermid Performance Solutions Vietnam - a subsidiary of Element Solutions Inc., design and manufacture proprietary liquid chemical processes ("baths") used by our customers to manufacture printed circuit boards. Our product portfolio is focused on specialized consumable chemical processes, such as surface treatments, circuit formation, primary metallization, electroplate and final finishes.

**Job Purpose**:
Perform the tasks of analyzing chemicals, materials; operate equipment in the company's loboratory, located in Yen Phong, Bac Ninh, Vietnam.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct lab analysis work at lab as assignment
- Receiving, labeling and safely storing samples to be tested
- Determining and performing tests needed for the analysis and report
- Recording tests and analyses and then reporting the results
- Discussing and answering any questions regarding the results
- Organizing and storing samples in accordance with all safety and other requirements to ensure the safety of personnel and integrity of the sample
- Cleaning and maintaining lab equipment, including recalibration of equipment
- Maintaining equipment records and daily work logs
- Staying current on technical and scientific advances in plating, chemistry and PCB
- Support Technical Service team by cases
- Use, operate and maintain analysis machine: TOC, ICP, UV, Particle sizer

**Requirements & Qualifications**:
**Skills**:

- Must be fluent in English, TOEIC at 500 or above
- Well communicate, situation handling skill.
- Be dynamic and have responsibility.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Material Sciences or Chemistry
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Industrial Engineering or Relevant industry
