1.Mobile PIM - Intune.
- Support end users to Add/ Remove devices
- Support on Mobile PIM + Mobile Workplace Lite
- Support on Apple Business Managed devices
- Troubleshoot SMIME, VPN certificate issues
- Support on WIFI/ BWSMD issues
- iOS beta testing
- iTunes support

2. Ruggedized devices - Avalanche
- WLAN management
- Application deployment - Windows and Android.
- New site Creations - Windows and Android
- Create Packages using Avalanche Package builder.
- Deploy Root/ Intermediate certificates.
- TLS 1.2 support
- Create Payloads and Profiles, deploy according to the scope in the site
- Create NC3 sites based on locations

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Administrator.
Good knowledge on Intune overview and its components.
Experienced in WLAN management
Familiar with Microsoft Windows OS (Windows Server 2019, Windows 10/11 etc.)
Strong customer service ethic and great communication skills, both oral and written
Technical abilities including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to IOS, Android devices.
