**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
**Requirement Analyst**
- Lead and participate in User story grooming and refinement with Product Owners, Product BAs. Requirements to be groomed to the finest level in order to ensure best outcome and also value. This might mean gathering insights from Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Mining team, Risk, Compliance, Information Security and Customer Service
- Read and understand project documentation of third parties involved and include the impacted artifacts in the JIRA and Confluence tickets. Create clear documentation & detailed specifications wherever required
- Work across internal IT teams to understand design impact and interface specifications and ensure alignment with Digital team’s requirement
- Participate in prioritization process and manage prioritizing App issues/defects.
- Join in incident and defect management sessions across UAT and Production to guide the teams on design & architecture level issues
- Keep self continuously updated on new concepts, tools and technologies in Digital Banking domain
- Help address vulnerability issues reported from Ethical Hacking reports, Vulnerability Assessment Tests and audit reviews

**Reporting**
- Participate actively in daily stand ups, team huddle, Sprint retrospect and Sprint demo meetings

**Training**
- Get trained on tools that are required to execute tasks and responsibilities associated with Digital Banking Technologies
- Train the junior resources on the best practices in Technical analysis

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related field
- 3 years of relevant experiences and Technical Analysis (Mobile Application) in banking/finance/related products
- Proficient in preparing flow and swinlane diagrams and prototyping tools, Enterprise Design Patterns
- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
- Good English communication skill
