As a BIM Coordinator with Btech Solutions you will be working in a fast paced construction environment driving exceptional quality and service for major residential, commercial, education and retail projects. Specific Responsibilities will include:

- Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors
- Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using NavisWorks Manage
- Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit
- Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members
- Early design review and constructability analysis
- Manage / Update BIM Project Documents
- 3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification
- 4D Scheduling / Simulation using Autodesk NavisWorks

Với tư cách là Điều phối viên BIM của Btech Solutions, bạn sẽ được làm việc trong môi trường xây dựng có nhịp độ nhanh, mang lại chất lượng và dịch vụ đặc biệt cho các dự án khu dân cư, thương mại, giáo dục và bán lẻ lớn. Các trách nhiệm cụ thể sẽ bao gồm:

- Xem xét Mô hình 3D từ các nhà tư vấn và nhà thầu
- Tiến hành phát hiện xung đột và hướng dẫn trực quan bằng cách sử dụng NavisWorks Manage
- Kiểm tra và xem xét các mô hình trong Autodesk Revit
- Tổ chức các cuộc họp điều phối hàng tuần với các thành viên trong nhóm dự án
- Đánh giá thiết kế sớm và phân tích khả năng xây dựng
- Quản lý / Cập nhật tài liệu dự án BIM
- Khai thác / xác minh số lượng mô hình 3D
- Dự toán / Mô phỏng 4D bằng Autodesk NavisWorks

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Knowledge in Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks & AutoCAD
- Knowledge of basic construction process’s and procedures
- Advanced PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Experience with Primavera P6 preferred
- Completed coursework in Construction, Architecture, MEP, Structure or an equivalent combination of training and or work experience.
- BIM knowledge and interest in working with Construction Technology
- Good in English
- Business travel in Rumania

- Kiến thức về quy trình và thủ tục xây dựng cơ bản
- Kỹ năng PC nâng cao, đặc biệt là Ứng dụng Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệmvới Primavera P6
- Đã hoàn thành các môn học về Xây dựng, Kiến trúc, MEP, Kết cấuhoặc sự kết hợp tương đương giữa đào tạo và hoặc kinh nghiệm làm việc.
- Kiến thức BIM và quan tâm đến việc làm việc với Công nghệ xây dựng
- Tiếng Anh tốt
- Có thể đi công tác nước ngoài tại Rumania
