**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 7 - 9 triệu VNĐ)
- Receive recruitment need from the English department.
- Recruiting, training and monitoring the English teachers' recruitment procedure directly (Posting recruitment news, finding CVs and making directly interview).
- Training and testing quality of the English teachers crew.
- Participate in improving recruiting tools and procedure, training and monitoring the English teachers' recruiting system.
- Working hours: Office hours: 8h00 - 17h30 (1,5-hour lunch break).
- 2 first weeks of the month: from Monday to Friday.
- 2 following weeks of the month: from Monday to Saturday.
- Benefit:

- Salary: Starting point: from 7,000,000 - 9,000,000 VNĐ (dealing during interview) + KPI bonus.
- (Monthly income: from 8,000,000 to 15,000,000 VND)
- KPI bonus, best idea bonus, etc.
- December Bonus.
- Certain pay raises: 2 times/year.
- Seniority bonus every August 7th.
- Probationary period duration: 1 to 2 months according to the Labor law (earn 85-100% salary during probationary).

- Newly graduated or waiting for a degree.
- English must be at least Intermediate level
- No experience needed, will be trained carefully. Having experience in recruiting and training educators will be an advantage.
- Having a good communication skill and have social knowledge
- Hardworking, creative and dedicated.
- Studious, have the ability to withstand pressure.
- Own a personal laptop.
