**Mô tả công việc**
**1. Network**: monitoring network performance, maintain, configure and replace network equipments
**2. VOIP**: issue, setup, manage the VOIP phone system.
**3. Support**:
- Support Head Office which is in different location.
- Delivery support at maintenance/ remodeling/ upgrade
**4. Hardware**:
- Solve outage and replace detective hardware
- Contact User service/ IT helpdesk on defective hardware
- Check and maintain label printers, barcode printers, peripherals
- Check and maintain office equipment: printers, photocopier, fax..
- General check on desktop and infrastructure
- Maintain data center (servers, UPS, PaBX, network devices)
**5. Data backup**
- Change backup tapes according to data backup procedure
- Transfer tapes to Head Office for off-site storage
**6. Suppliers**
- Order consumable suppliers (paper, ribbons, printer cartridges, batteries )
- Manage stock of consumable suppliers.
- Support daily business process, trouble should and advise solution
- Work with AS400 ERP, database and Microsoft product.
- Programming / developing new apps
**Yêu cầu công việc**
**1. Education**
**Required**
- Degree in computer science, automatic control and other related fields;
- Strong skills and experience without IT diploma is also acceptable
**Desired**
MSCE, CCNA certified is preferred but not a must.
**2. Experience**
- 1-3 years in IT helpdesks or related tasks
**3. Knowledge of**:
- Basic network technology
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Windows2000 AD, MS Exchange
- Microsoft Exchange server
- Microsoft SQL
- Good sense of company information security.
**4. Skills and Abilities**
- Good command of English both reading and writing.
- Good time & conflict management skills, multi-task processing ability.
- Manage our fixed asset and set up safety stock.
- Ability to work in different locations
