**Job description**:
**About the Role**

**What You'll Do**
- Lead the way in microservices architecture, ensuring our services are efficient and robust.
- Implement new CI/CD pipelines, leverage existing pipelines, and maintain Git workflows for seamless development cycles.
- Oversee database management with MS SQL and MySQL, prioritizing performance, and scalability.
- Manage system optimization through effective logging, debugging, and automated tasks.
- Engage in clear and effective communication with team members and international clients.
- Solve problems creatively and proactively contribute ideas to improve project execution.
- Mentor junior developers, nurturing a team-oriented environment that values growth and learning.

**Your skills and experience**:

- 6+ years of experience in.NET development, especially with a focus on C#.
- Proficiency in web development technologies, including **ASP.NET Core**, **HTML**, JavaScript, and **Angular**.
- Solid understanding of **microservices architecture** and containerization technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD practices, Git, and database management (MS SQL, MySQL).
- Strong **problem-solving skills** and an ability to **work autonomously**.
- Excellent **English communication skills** for effective collaboration and client interactions.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and familiarity with Azure DevOps.
- Leadership experience, with a track record of managing projects or leading development teams.
