- Nghiên cứu đối thủ, xu hướng thị trường và các đối tác liên quan để kịp thời đưa ra, thực thi các giải pháp hành động phù hợp nhằm cải thiện hiệu quả hoạt động và tối ưu nguồn lực hiện có. Chủ động đề xuất và tăng cường các giải pháp đầu tư, mở rộng nguồn lực đáp ứng nhu cầu tăng tốc, phát triển;
- Nghiên cứu phát triển mở rộng tại các nền tảng khác nếu có;
- Phối hợp với các đối tác vận hành để thống nhất chính sách, quy trình vận hành cũng như triển khai chương trình để đạt mục tiêu gia tăng doanh số, phát triển thương hiệu;

- Có kiến thức chuyên sâu về các nền tảng TMĐT;
- Khả năng lãnh đạo & quản lý;
- Khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực và hoàn thành deadlines;
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thương lượng;
- Tin học văn phòng.
