Key Responsibilities Include

Analyse and document customer requirements and business process.
Configure the LIMS solution to meet the customer needs.
Deliver product training courses to customers.
Assist customers with their validation and testing stages appropriate to their industry.
Ability to work with mínimal supervision and provide direction to customers.
Travel to customer sites for implementation and configuration projects.
Learn industry specific processes, requirements and operations; specialise through career progression.

**Job Requirements**:
**Requirements**:
Tertiary qualification in Science and/or Information Technology.
Proven LIMS experience, preferably LIMS.
5 years relevant work experience programming in a computer language.
Understanding of relational database and structured query language (SQL).
Knowledge in laboratory or quality control (QC) processes.
Excellent organisational, time management and commitment to delivery.
Excellent English (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Intermediate Japanese (N3 or above)
Ability to accommodate overnight travel.
