Job Summary:

- The BUSINESS ANALYST - INNOVATION RESEARCHER will play a pivotal role in identifying, analyzing, and recommending innovative trends, technologies, and strategies that can drive business growth and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed research on emerging trends, technologies, and market dynamics within the industry (civil engineering, BOT investment, interior design, project management, etc).
- Communicate research findings, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Organize workshops, presentations, and innovation-focused events to foster collaboration and idea sharing.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Innovation Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business analysis, market research, or innovation roles, preferably in a fast-paced industry (e.g., tech, finance, healthcare).
- Research & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in market research methodologies, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Problem-solving: Demonstrated ability to identify gaps, think critically, and propose creative, data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to diverse audiences.
- Collaboration: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with design thinking, lean startup methodologies, or innovation management frameworks.
- Prior experience in product development, R&D, or strategy consulting.
