MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
You think outside the bar boundaries and make guests feel comfortable by interacting with them in an appropriate and professional manner, both behind and in front of the bar area
Personalize beverage recommendations by genuinely listen to guests and anticipate guests’ needs by observing and showing honest interest in what they like or drank before
You acknowledge guests and remember preferred beverages and names from returning guests. Look for opportunities to positively surprise guests, through small or large gestures and acts of kindness
You know how to upsell quality products and use suggestive selling in order to complement products, resulting in a higher average spending and overall revenue increase
You are pro-active in supporting colleagues at Regent Phu Quoc Bars, but also in other food and beverage outlets if requested by the management
You know the Forbes Travel Guide Standards that are applicable for restaurants & bars and you ensure that you implement them within the service processes
Follow procedures concerning inventory control, breakage, spoilage, temperature logs and cleaning tasks. You make sure that all recordings are documented, stored properly and irregularities are reported to the management
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time

Appealing remuneration including service charge as revenue (100% salary and service charge during probation period)
14 annual leave, 2 days off per week
Relocation, repatriation and home leave allowance

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management
2 years of related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality management, or related field preferred
Must speak the English language, other languages will be a plus
Understanding about beverages, spirits, be able to be creative in desgining menu
Be able to explain and communicate to the guests with storytelling through understanding about beverages
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as required by local law
