Currently, we are seeking an experienced **Demi**Che**f de Partie** to join Park Hyatt Saigon to join and continue with us in our significant journey.

**Job description**- Provide exceptional services to guests and internal customers in other departments at all time to maintain positive interactions with good working relationships.- Work closely with other associates in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.- Wash, peel, cut and deseed vegetables and fruits.- Clean, cut and grind meat, poultry and seafood.- Stir and strain soups and sauces.- Weigh and measure designated ingredients.- Store food in designated areas.- Clean workspace, equipment and utensils.- Segregate and remove garbage.- Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment.- Assist in quality control of items and set up buffet presentations.- Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in ensuring that all culinary standards in that section comply with company and hotel policies, procedures and minimum standards.- Understand and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.- Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

**Qualifications**:
- Work experience as Demi Chef in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.- Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
