**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and coordinate package/project budget, all variation of costs.- Monitor and coordinate all package/project activities from design to putting into operation.- Follow up and take action to make sure the progress is made as planned.- Handle & report to HoE all issues that occur during project implementation.- Monitor and coordinate the planning work of the packages/projects as details:

- + Support preparation of bidding such as reviewing Request for Tender, Request for variation orders, preparing and submitting for signing the package approval (applicable to Deep C1 IZ, Deep C3 IZ).
- + Monitor and update schedule and quality of some process related to packages/projects such as contract, design, construction, payments, acceptance, hand over, final payment and liquidation
- + Summarize reports related to the construction work.
- + Regularly update legal documents, decrees... related to construction.
- + Monitor, coordinate, and promote departments according to work requirements.
- + Other requests by HoE.

**Requirements**:
- Graduated from University or higher majoring in Construction, Architecture, Construction Economics, Transportation or related majors.
- 3+ years previous experience in a similar position of project management or project development of Infrastructure, Industrial or Building project.
- Have a Project Management certificate, or a Supervision Engineering certificate (prefer)-
- Be proactive at work. Have a high sense of responsibility, dedication and enthusiasm for work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English and Vietnamese - is an advantage - (writing, reading, speaking)- Good coordination skills.- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Have knowledge & experience in engineering (infrastructure, buildings, industrial).- Familiarity with engineering software (MS project. Auto Cad or similar)- Understanding the procedures of implementing construction projects from preparation stage to completion stage. Understanding the legal regulations related to the construction, civil, industrial, infrastructure.- Good problem-solving skills.- Good analytical skills.- Ability to work independently.- Good time management skills.

Willingness to learn new things.
