- Carry out the fruit quality control during the production process from receiving fruit to exporting fruit following required standards. / Kiểm soát chất lượng trái cây xuyên suốt quá trình sản xuất từ nhận hàng đến xuất hàng.
- Supervise the workers working at the factory. / Theo dõi các công nhân làm việc tại nhà máy.
- Identify problems that may affect quality, and work with the purchasing department to address identified issues. Recording and storing all related documents. / Xác định các vấn đề có thể ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng, làm việc với bộ phận mua hàng để giải quyết các vấn đề đã được nhận biết. Ghi chép và lưu trữ các chứng từ liên quan đến nghiệp vụ.
- Ensure collection and compiling of relevant quality and process data. / Thu thập và biên soạn dữ liệu quy trình chất lượng liên quan.
- Ensure approved cleaning and disinfection schedules & standards and / Tuân thủ lịch trình và tiêu chuẩn làm sạch và khử trùng đã được phê duyệt và ghi lại.
- Ensure workers adhere to required hygiene standards. / Đảm bảo người lao động tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh bắt buộc.
- Make recommendations to Senior Management on improvements to the production process and quality assurance systems. / Đưa ra các khuyến nghị với Quản lý cấp cao về các cải tiến đối với quá trình sản xuất và hệ thống đảm bảo chất lượng.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Senior / Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Salary: negotiable. Overtime: 150% x hourly rate / Mức lương thực nhận: thỏa thuận. Tăng ca: 150%
- Overtime on public holidays: as per VN Labor law / Làm việc vào lễ, Tết: theo luật Lao Động Việt Nam
- Probationary period: 1 months, 100% pay / Thời gian thử việc: 1 tháng, được nhận full lương
- Rest, holiday and annual leave, full insurance regime as per the law, pay insurance on the received salary, on-time salary payment / Nghỉ phép, lễ Tết theo luật, chế độ bảo hiểm đầy đủ, đóng bảo hiểm trên số lương thực nhận, thanh toán lương đúng hạn
