- Nghiên cứu, phân tích về khách hàng mục tiêu và sản phẩm/dịch vụ, triển khai thiết kế UI/UX và các tài liệu liên quan đến nghiệp vụ thiết kế.
- Xử lý các vấn đề liên quan tới chuyên môn thiết kế UI/UX.
- Đề xuất các ý tưởng, sáng kiến,phối hợp với Product Owner để cải tiến trải nghiệm khách hàng.
- Thảo luận để thống nhất cách triển khai và đo lường hiệu quả thiết kế UI/UX, cũng như giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình thiết kế trải nghiệm và giao diện cho người dùng.
- Ứng dụng và đề xuất các công cụ liên quan tới chuyên môn vào sử dụng.
- Sáng tạo các ý tưởng thiết kế để quảng bá sản phẩm Mobile app cho người dùng trên google play và app store
- Thiết kế các hình ảnh, sản phẩm hỗ trợ cho bộ phận Marketing như banner, landing page, voucher, brochure,...

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thiết kế UI/UX cho các sản phẩm thiết bị di động, ấn phẩm truyền thông.
- Có kiến thức về hội họa (màu sắc, bố cục, front,..)
- Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm thiết kế (Figma, Photoshop, AI, Canva,...)
- Có portfolio các sản phẩm đã làm thể hiện phong cách thiết kế và kiến thức về UI/UX thể hiện trên sản phẩm
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với developer.
- Có hiểu biết cơ bản về lập trình, dữ liệu là một điểm cộng.
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật (Tiếng Anh)
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, trình bày
- Laptop cá nhân
