- Offerd Salary (USD)- Login to view salary- Career Level- Team leader/ Supervisor- Experience- 3-5 Years- Gender- Male/Female- Sector- Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Quang Ninh- Industry- Production, QA/QC, R&D**Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a QA/QC Supervisor ($1000, ID12143)**
- Providing assistance on making quality manuals for department, developing a quality assurance system for plant operations on a day-to-day basis
- Consulting upper mananger on decision-making to handle arising problem; suggest appropriate solutions for quality control system improvement and quality risks
- Work closely with other departments to monitor their activities; identify and resolve internal issue on time
- Support upper manager in handling grivance from customer, coordinate with local property owners for a quick investigation and corrective action.
- Implementing and maintaining working environment in accordance with 5S, Kaizen; ensure manufacturing processes are following ISO standards.
- Data collection of critical quality parameters for identified key products for analysis and evaluating activities, take the necessary steps to reduce losses caused by inefficient production
- Training and ensuring the compliance of employees to company's regulation
- Hand in reports about department's activities to upper manager

**Requirement**:

- Male/Female (perferably Male); Age: under 36 years old
- Graduated from university major in Mechanical, Engineering, Chemical... or related majors.
- Good use of English
- Solid experience in People Management.
