Vị trí Chuyên viên thiết kế đồ họa đóng vai trò là một phần trong việc Tiếp thị tập trung vào cả truyền thông nội bộ và cả khách hàng bên ngoài tập trung ở Châu Á Thái Bình Dương (cụ thể ở nước Úc), Bắc Mỹ, Vương quốc Anh, Châu Âu và Châu Phi. Vị trí này báo cáo trực tiếp cho Giám đốc cấp cao bộ phận Tiếp thị Châu Á Thái Bình Dương (ở Melbourne, Úc) và báo cáo gián tiếp cho Giám đốc bộ phận Cải tiến liên tục (ở Việt Nam). Vai trò này chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và phát triển các giải pháp thiết kế sáng tạo chuyên biệt cho Công ty, từ truyền thông nội bộ đến bên ngoài bao gồm bản tin nội bộ, sự kiện tuyển dụng, nhận diện thương hiệu, kỹ thuật số, video, quảng cáo sự kiện, thương mại, thuyết trình với khách hàng. Vai trò kết hợp nghệ thuật và công nghệ để truyền đạt ý tưởng thông qua văn bản và hình ảnh cũng như cách bố trí thông tin điện tử và in ấn.

The Graphic Designer forms part of Marketing focused on both internal communication and to our external customer base in Asia Pacific (particularly Australia), North America, UK, Europe and Africa. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, Asia Pacific (based Melbourne, Australia) with a strong dotted line reporting to the General Manager of Continuous Improvement (based in Vietnam).
This role is responsible for creating and developing specialist creative design solutions for the Company, ranging from: internal and external communications including staff newsletters, recruitment events, brand identity, digital, video, event promotions, merchandise, customer presentations. The role combines art and technology to communicate ideas through text and images and the layout of electronic and printed information.

- Cung cấp các ý tưởng sáng tạo, thiết kế và tạo ra các sản phẩm đồ họa, đảm bảo các thiết kế tuân thủ theo các hướng dẫn của MiTek toàn cầu
- Phát triển các công cụ tiếp thị để hỗ trợ hoạt động kinh doanh cho cả yêu cầu tiếp thị Việt Nam và Châu Á Thái Bình Dương cũng như hỗ trợ nhóm truyền thông tập đoàn, bao gồm bảng tin điện tử, hình minh họa, tài sản kỹ thuật số cũng như tài liệu tiếp thị kỹ thuật, hàng hóa, ấn phẩm nội bộ/bên ngoài, truyền thông sự kiện của nhân viên và nội dung video
- Tìm kiếm và sử dụng đa dạng các thể loại công cụ, ứng dung thiết kế kỹ thuật số (minh họa kỹ thuật số, phần mềm chỉnh sửa ảnh và phần mềm bố cục)
- Phản hồi và đề xuất các phương án cải tiến hoặc phương pháp thay thể để việc truyền tải thông điệp một cách hiệu quả
- Xem xét và rà soát các lỗi thiết kế trước khi in ấn hoặc xuất bản
- Các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công
- Deliver creative concepts, design, and production of graphics, ensuring the designs adhere to global MiTek guidelines
- Develop graphic marketing collateral to support the business including both Vietnam and Asia Pacific marketing requirements as well as support the Corporate team, which may include signage, illustrations, digital assets as well as technical marketing material, merchandise, internal / external publications, communications and video content
- Provide feedback and suggestions about improvements or alternative methods to communicate the desired message more effectively
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
- Other reasonable duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Thiết kế đồ họa
- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực liên quan
- Trình độ tiếng Anh (CEFR) B1 hoặc tương đương
- Hiểu biết sâu sắc về các nguyên tắc thiết kế
- Am hiểu và có kinh nghiệm làm việc về nhiều loại phần mềm và công nghệ máy tính
- Hiểu biết sâu sắc về thiết kế website và có kiến thức về WordPress VIP là một lợi thế
- Có khả năng chuyển đổi dữ liệu thành hình ảnh đồ họa và sơ đồ trực quan để làm cho các ý tưởng phức tạp trở nên dễ tiếp cận và dễ hiểu hơn
- Có tư duy sáng tạo đột phá để tạo nên những thiết kế độc đáo, ấn tượng
- Khả năng làm việc đa nhiệm, kỹ năng đàm phán và lập kế hoạch công việc tốt để đáp ứng thời hạn chặt chẽ
- Kỹ năng tương tác xã hội và giao tiếp cá nhân tốt
- Thể hiện sự hiểu biết sâu sắc về dịch vụ khách hàng, bao gồm việc thực hiện các quy định về sự hài lòng của nhân viên.
