**INTERIOR - MEP 2D DRAWING**

◤ JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Deploy 2D interior, MEP drawing from 3D perspective drawings, design ideas, statistics of materials used.
- Receive documents from technical, design department and conduct drawing dissection.
- Add structure details of interior items, MEP, construction drawing design documents.
- Other jobs within the scope of technical implementation at the request of the Company.
- Make daily work report, proposal to improve work perfomance.

◤ JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree/bachelor’s in architecture, interior or MEP design.
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar position.
- Have knowledge of MEP.
- Ability to communicate in English is required.
- Independent and teamwork skills with high responsibility.
- Ability to coordinate work flexibly and interact with relevant departments.
- Profession, integrity in work.
- Proficient in specialized design softwares such as **SketchUp, Autocad, **

**NHÂN VIÊN TRIỂN KHAI KỸ THUẬT NỘI THẤT - MEP**

◤ MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- Triển khai bản vẽ 2D nội thất, MEP từ phối cảnh 3D, ý tưởng thiết kế, thống kê vật liệu sử dụng.
- Tiếp nhận hồ sơ từ bộ phận kỹ thuật và tiến hành bóc tách bản vẽ.
- Bổ cấu tạo các chi tiết hạng mục nội thất, MEP, hồ sơ thiết kế bản vẽ thi công.
- Các công việc khác trong phạm vi triển khai kỹ thuật theo yêu cầu của Công ty.
- Báo cáo công việc hằng ngày và đề xuất cải tiến chất lượng công việc cho Trưởng bộ phận.

◤ YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Thiết kế nội thất, Kiến trúc, MEP,
- Kinh nghiệm từ 2 năm tại vị trí tương đương.
- Có kiến thức về kỹ thuật MEP.
- Giao tiếp tiếng Anh chuyên ngành.
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm với tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
- Có khả năng linh động điều phối công việc và tương tác với các bộ phận liên quan.
- Phong cách chuyên nghiệp, chính trực trong công việc.
- Có khả năng sử dụng phần mềm chuyên ngành**:SketchUp, Autocad, **

◤ QUYỀN LỢI:

- Lương từ 13.000.000vnd - 15.000.000vnd (hoặc thỏa thuận theo năng lực).
- Tham gia BHXH, BHYT, BHTN đầy đủ theo quy định của Pháp luật.
- Lương tháng 13, thưởng lễ, tết theo chính sách công ty.
- Được đào tạo về kỹ năng chuyên môn, nâng cao trình độ.
- Làm việc trong môi trường của Nhật chuyên nghiệp.
- Địa điểm làm việc: 76H Phạm Viết Chánh, phường 19, quận Bình Thạnh
- Thời gian làm việc: Sáng từ 08:30-12:00, chiều 13:00-17:30 (Từ Thứ 2 đến Thứ 7, Được nghỉ 02 ngày Thứ 7 và 01 ngày Phép năm/tháng)
- Ngày nghỉ: 2 ngày Thứ 7 và các ngày Chủ nhật trong tháng, các ngày lễ tết.
