Recruitment/ Tuyển dụng:

- Develop, implement and update recruitment strategies, funnels, and procedures

Phát triển, thực hiện và cập nhật các chiến lược, kênh và quy trình tuyển dụng
- Work closely with sales and training team to deliver the recruitment target

Phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội ngũ bán hàng và đào tạo để đạt được mục tiêu tuyển dụng
- Proactively search, build and diversify the recruitment sources (internal, job posting, referral, vendor ) Chủ động tìm kiếm, xây dựng và đa dạng hóa các nguồn tuyển dụng (nội bộ, đăng tuyển, giới thiệu, nhà cung cấp )
- Plan and coordinate with event team to organize career fair/networking event

Lập kế hoạch và phối hợp với nhóm sự kiện để tổ chức hội chợ nghề nghiệp / sự kiện kết nối

- Ensures that all the business’s recruiting practices comply with the applicable regulations, both internal and external
