The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Work with cross-functional teams such as BI, Products & external partners to generate new ideas and run analyses that lead to business growth including total ShopeePay user base as well as Category growth.
- Drive new initiatives with relevant stakeholders such as BD & Category (Market Place, Digital Product, P2P money transfer, etc.) team to grow user base & drive business performance.
- Lead the effort to communicate state of the business to stakeholders regularly with the purpose of enabling teams to understand reasons behind the trends and provide insight to drive strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for initiative/project implementation.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5+ years of working experience in tech companies or in consulting industry
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the right metrics to describe the state of the business
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can do attitude
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skill
- Strong logical thinking and problem solving skill
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn in a fast-paced industry
- Proactive and portrait strong interest to join the fin-tech industry
- Excellence written and verbal communication skills in English are preferred
