**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
We’re looking for a great Senior-level UX Designer to help deliver the next wave of amazing blockchain technology products. You’ll need to be a self-motivated generalist with a passion for detail, creating visual concepts and always thinking about the user. You’ll work with passionate developers and designers to shape the next generation of blockchain technology products, create new experiences, deliver new features and to drive the experience forward. You’ll need someone who won’t wait for answers, and seek them yourself, thrive in our interdisciplinary and collaborative environment and someone who wants to take ownership of their contribution to our organization.

MUST provide more than 1 UX case study and portfolio. Please provide metrics on some of the UX research performed on a past project.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Performing competitive analysis and research, studying industry trends and strategies.
- Directing usability testing and assessment, using insights to guide the design process.
- Find creative ways to translate requirements and solve UX problems (usability, findability); Provide user flows, affinity diagrams, customer journey maps, and visual solutions such as wireframes, page layouts, interactions, prototypes to support your course of action.
- Understand product specification and user psychology.
- Familiar with interaction design, content strategy and information architecture.
- Work with marketing and business development teams to deliver presentation materials and market research content, that also pushes visual designs to new heights.
- Creating digital assets such as creative content for websites, social media graphics and infographics.
- Occasionally may also be required to design for print; Design page layouts for brochures, reports, newsletters, presentations, conference material and other items for print or electronic publication.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- 4+ years production experience (and the portfolio to prove it) with digital products in an agency / in-house environment.
- Fluent or business level in English.
- Should be able to demonstrate storytelling and end to end thinking at sketch / concept level.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present your work to different audiences (Engineers, Product Managers, Executives).
- Openness to giving and receiving feedback, having your opinions challenged, and adapting design ideology for the betterment of the project objectives.
- Ability to take a high-level approach to creative strategy and vision (thinking about what we should build, not just about how it should look)
- Ability to adapt and take on new challenges, problem-solving and to constantly learn from projects and the team.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe suite, InVision, Studio, Figma, etc.
- Knowledge of UI design systems such as responsive grids, web design, android and iOS cross-platform and native design.
- MUST provide portfolio and case-study to be reviewed.

**Great to **have**:

- Conversational level in Japanese or Chinese.
- Serious passion for human-centered design and/or design thinking.
- Data visualization skills.
- Should understand margin trading, and various types of orders.
