**Job description**:
**1. Phát triển sản phẩm**
- Phát triển ứng dụng trên nền tảng iOS dựa theo Chiến lược sản phẩm của công ty.
- Phối hợp cùng Product Manager thiết kế và xây dựng thêm tính năng mới.
- Tham gia trải nghiệm ứng dụng, dựa vào những chỉ số Tracking, Review của người dùng,tối ưu ứng dụng để mang lại trải nghiệm tốt nhất cho User.

**2. Tư vấn giải pháp và quản lý chất lượng Code.**
- Đảm nhiệm vai trò của Techlead và chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng code trong các dự án.
- Tham gia nghiên cứu và phát triển công nghệ, tư vấn những giải pháp kỹ thuật cho sản phẩm.
- Tổ chức đánh giá code và đưa ra giải pháp cho đội ngũ trong dự án.

**3. Đào tạo**:

- Lên các kế hoạch đào tạo, nâng cao trình độ cho Nhân sự trong team.
- Trực tiếp tham gia đào tạo.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Tối thiểu > 5 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển Native App trên nền tảng iOS sử dụng Xcode + Swift, có sản phẩm đã phát triển trên Apple Store là 1 lợi thế.
- Thành thạo các design pattern: MVP, MVVM.
- Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng các ứng dụng sử dụng client server và sử dụng RESTFUL APIs.
- Thành thạo Swift, Core Foundation, UIKit, Cocoa Touch, Core Animation và các framework khác của Apple.
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển mobile payment and in-app purchase ví dụ: Apple IAP.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Firebase Remote Config, Firebase Event, FCM, Firebase Crashlytics.
- Kinh nghiệm về quản lý bộ nhớ và cấu hình bộ nhớ/hiệu năng;
- Kinh nghiệm làm offline data storage, kiểm soát và đa nhiệm.
- Thành thạo tích hợp quảng cáo Admob vào ứng dụng.
- Biết sử dụng các công cụ phổ biến để build và publish App trên Apple App Store (TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution, Deploygate).
- Khả năng phát triển các ứng dụng cùng với high-performance đáp ứng hàng triệu người dùng.
- Khả năng nghiên cứu công nghệ mới và kỹ năng problem solving.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với mô hình Agile là một lợi thế.
