**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Ensure a full understanding of the project scope and specifications with the Project Manager/Business Analyst and/or developers by reviewing and analyzing the requirements
- Design, perform, and maintain test cases for assigned projects which ensure that the project meets the specifications and estimate for assigned effort.
- Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing.
- Maintenance and update the test cases as scope changes or enhancements are made.
- Record detailed information on test results (environment, steps to reproduce, screenshots, error messages).
- Log defects and track to closure, working with development team to establish defect. validity, cause and retesting as required
- Assist in consolidating test results and entering issue tracking for the PM/BA.
- Re-testing and closing testing issues.
- Suggest improvements to specifications for platforms and projects.
- Continual review of the system testing procedure and making improvements/suggestions to the PM/QC Lead.
- Experience in DB testing and in writing simple to medium complexity SQL queries
- Perform smoke testing, sanity testing, regression testing, verifying claimed bug fixes

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- **2+ years** of testing experience in **_software development projects._**:

- Understand the Software Development Life Cycle, Software Test Life Cycle, and Bug Life Cycle process.
- Ability to write test cases, define regression scope, and report bugs.
- Experience with bug tracking software such as Jira, Azure
- Basic knowledge of **_SQL database._**:

- Basic knowledge of UI and UX
- Experience in API testing and using API testing tools Postman, SoapUI...
- Effective communication, good sense of teamwork, and highly responsible for assigned tasks.
- Carefulness, good logical thinking, critical thinking, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and also in team settings.
- Ability to learn quickly and effectively.
- **_Can use English in reading and writing skills. Good verbal communication is a plus_**

**The following is considered highly advantageous**:

- Ability to prepare project test plans.
- Mobile testing, load /performance testing, security testing experience.
- Experience working with Agile methodology and project/test management tools (Jira, Confluence, TestRail)
- Experience in writing scenarios with Gherkin syntax
- Professional certification in software testing (ISTQB certificate or course) or quality control is an advantage
