- Assist the bakery team in the preparation of bread
- Execute and maintain consistent recipes and presentation
- Follow proper handling and the right temperature of food products
- Handle equipment in a safe and proper manner
- Maintain workstations are clean and tidy with proper hygiene
- Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients
- Ensure proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
- Any other duties assigned by the manager

- Willing to learn and have a strong passion for baking
- No experience applicants are welcome to apply
- Basic English communication
- Able to use basic MS office (word, excell,.....)
- It will be great if have laboratory experience
