**Mô tả công việc**:

- Xử lý kế toán các khoản phải thu và các khoản phải trả tuân thủ các chính sách và thủ tục tài chính
- Đối chiếu sổ cái các khoản phải thu để đảm bảo rằng tất cả các khoản thanh toán được hạch toán và cập nhật hợp lý
- Xuất hóa đơn, biên lai thu tiền cho khách hàng
- Theo dõi cập nhật hồ sơ các khoản phải thu để đảm bảo thời hạn, đảm bảo hạch toán các khoản không thể thu hồi và xử lý các khoản chênh lệch khác
- Xuất báo cáo & gửi cho bộ phận thu nợ để nhắc nhở khách hàng thanh toán
- Lập báo cáo thu chi hàng ngày
- Kiểm tra đối chiếu giữa dữ liệu trên hệ thống và báo cáo, tiến hành giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan nếu có
- Làm việc với ngân hàng về các vấn đề liên quan
- Theo dõi & kiểm tra sổ sách kế toán liên quan đến khoản phải thu
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ liên quan khác theo chỉ thị của cấp trên

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ
- Độ tuổi: 25 - 40
- Trình độ:

- Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh (Có thể làm việc)
- Kỹ năng:

- Tốt nghiệp ngành tài chính, kế toán
- Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm tương đương
- Tiếng anh tốt
- Có kinh nghiệm đối chiếu tài khoản
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp
- Có kinh nghiệm lập hóa đơn, phần mềm nhập liệu
- Thành thạo MS Office
- Kỹ năng đàm phán và định hướng dịch vụ khách hàng
- Cẩn thận, chi tiết
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập cũng như theo nhóm
- Năng lực cộng thêm (không bắt buộc):

- Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm trong ngành BĐS
- Số năm kinh nghiệm: 3 trở lên
- Giờ làm việc: 8:00 ~17:00
- Nơi làm việc: Hà Nội
- Mức lương: 800 USD ~ 1,200 USD
- Ngày bắt đầu: 2023-07-17
