1. Recruitment:

- Actively researching, approaching resumes on various recruitment channels to get sufficient and qualified CVs for recruitment requirements.
- Manage the posting of job vacancies at top performing recruitment channels.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies, advertising job openings.
- Preparing procedures & paperwork relating to offer letters, employment contracts & other required documents for employees.

2. HR Operation:

- Keep staff database in filling, both hard copy and soft copy
- Maintain staff records (staff personal info, contract status, etc.) and Prepare contract, personnel amendment, or termination notice.
- Managing leave (annual-leave, compensatory leave, paid and unpaid leave, etc.)
- Support HR team in SHUI registration, Trade Union activities,
- Establish and maintain relations with government, labor union and other related personnel stakeholders.
- Update and report staff movement (increasing and decreasing), recruitment report, HD checklist Operation... as the template.
- Prepare HR reports to Governments as requested.

3. Internal Events:

- Making plans and implementing team building, internal activities, year-end party, and annual health check-ups.
- Supporting to implement employee

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Good at English.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field.
- At least 02 years of experience in a similar role in HR, preferably in headhunt service.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly service-oriented and good at communication skill.
