- Collect client briefs and brainstorm effective solutions.
- Develop and present strategic proposals to secure projects.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and deploy projects for clients.
- Execute event campaigns across various channels.
- Efficiently manage projects, including timelines, budgets, suppliers, legal obligations, and staffing.
- Coordinate with suppliers, troubleshoot on event days, and oversee dismantling and removal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client teams.
- Actively approach and build relationships with new clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends through dedicated research into evolving event markets.

- At least 2-3 years of reall experience in the same position within a BTL Agency, specializing in event and activation activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in in Economics, Marketing, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
- A dedicated and collaborative team member, driven by passion and self-motivation
- Detail-oriented individual committed to delivering quality and fostering innovation
- Creative and collaborative team player with passion, commitment, and self-motivation.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and innovation.
- Knowledgeable and up-to-date with event marketing, communication, and advertising.
- Proficient in English.
