Coordinates with Business Analysts and users to generate system design and process coding with the most economical and effective method.

Supports Manager in controlling day-end, month-end and year-end processing at technical side to ensure accurate and smooth implementation of Front-End systems for business continuity.

Assists Manager in supervising team daily working to complete enhancement and production issues in good quality and timely;
Implements Programming Standards to help accurate coding and work with team members to ensure specifications are satisfied.

Implements system and problem analysis to provide suitable and effective IT solutions for business purposes.

**Education**:
Experience in Life Insurance would be an advantage

At least 2 years of experience in using: Struts, Spring and Hibernate framework. MSSQL or Oracle or DB2 database. Reporting tools: Crystal report, Jasper Report

University or College Diploma in Computer Science or IT related

Experience in Imaging System, Business Process Management (BPM) would be an advantage.

Experience in React would be an advantage

Skill:
Good interpersonal skill.

Able to work under high pressure

Able to work independently and good working relationship with other departments.

Good communication (both verbal and writing) skills

Excellent team work spirit;
