**1. Gather and analyze data to draw up Collection brief under Collection manager’s supervision**
- Gather data from the internal sales team, marketing and distributors.
- Analyze gathered data to sort out an important and principal guideline to the new Collection brief.
- Establish a Collection brief for each season under Collection manager’s supervision, which includes but not limited to: pyramid of pricing, collection structure, development & product launching timeline
- Aim to be independently able to handle Home Décor
- Accessories project.
- Ensure the consistency between different collections and product lines of Hanoia especially the 2 lines in charge, while continuously searching for innovation and new adaptation to market’s needs.

**2. **Follow the prototype development and making progress report.**
- Coordinate with Art design and Development & Sourcing teams to follow up the development of prototype and manufacturing in order to meet deadlines
- Making a weekly progress report for Manager.
- Prepare the validation document and training document for the product lines in charge.

**3. Prepare the document for validation meeting and for training session of the product lines in charge**.
- Gather data (prices, materials info, photos and videos) from different departments.
- Build a PowerPoint document for the presentation of Collection Team.

**4. Other tasks as assigned by line manager**

JOB REQUIREMENT

**1. Education**: Bachelor degree

**2. Major**:

- Project management, Art & Cultural management or related field
- Different major link to Design: Industrial design, Interior design

**3. Knowledge**:

- Good knowledge of product management
- Knowledge in lacquering is a plus

**4. Skills**:

- Project management
- Communication skill (in English and Vietnamese)
- Coordination skill

- Excel/PPT
- Writing (In English and Vietnamese)
