**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Animator must create compelling 2D & 3D animation for both interactive gameplay and cinematic cutscenes. The motions must be visually stunning, while simultaneously satisfying the requirements of the game design and working within the technical limitations of a real-time game environment.

An animator must have solid communication skills, be able to embrace direction with enthusiasm, and be accustomed to collaborating with a diverse group of disciplines to implement and refine the animation pipeline.
- Deliver high-quality animations of VFX, characters, props, and UI elements, using Unity
- Playing a role in the concept phase and animating proof of concepts
- Optimize assets for file size and performance
- Create, maintain, and export production-quality graphic assets
- Collaborate with other Designers, Artists, Developers, and Product Managers to generate effective design solutions and receive feedback
- Have an organized workflow, satisfying requirements outlined by the Tech Art team, making sure that the completed jobs implement seamlessly into the game
- Be a self-starter, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative and innovation are required
- Working effectively in a deadline-driven environment and having the ability to juggle multiple projects.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Must-have**:

- Strong understanding of animation principles
- 3+ years of experience creating animation and VFX for 2D Unity games
- Working knowledge of Photoshop
- Understand Animator Structure, Trigger...
- Be able to use English at work
- Good organizational, collaboration, and communication skills

**Nice-to-have**:

- Working in a game / social games company
- Able to make animation in the Spine
- Some drawing/painting skills.
- General understanding of Git flow
- Character animation in 3D
- Experience in agile methodologies

**_Additional Notes:_** **You may be expected to complete a test as a part of the interviewing procedure.
