The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) is Germany’s liberal foundation. All of our work is guided by liberty as its fundamental value. Being active in Germany and in around 60 project countries worldwide, we promote freedom, rule of law, and social market economy. The Foundation opened its office in Vietnam in 2012 with a wide range of topics such as Free Trade, Market Economy, Business Environment, Climate Change and International Issues. In collaboration with Vietnamese partners, we publish books, conduct research, conferences, trainings and exchange experts between Vietnam and Germany.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Communication Officer**
- Develop and update content for the FNF Vietnam’s website and social media channels in Vietnamese and English and tracks metrics and engagement quarterly;
- Develop activity budget, organize and facilitate networking events, including partner meetings and team meetings;
- Produce external communication materials for FNF Vietnam such as new articles, press releases and greeting cards;
- Support the program team in creating program-specific communications, such as posters, banners, invitations and make sure all publications funded by FNF are align with the FNF’s Corporate Design;
- Build a network with media representatives, newspapers and Television to increase press coverage for FNF Vietnam;
- Support South East and East Asia Regional office to run global and regional activities and campaigns in Vietnam;
**Executive Assistant to Country Director**
- Schedule appointments and assist in logistics for Country Director (invitation, venue, accommodation, flight ticket booking,);
- Carry out preparing payment documents for Country Director (business trip expenses, contact meetings...);
- Carry out and follow up with the procedures of visa, passport and work permit for Country Director;
- Assist in other support tasks assigned by Country Director;
**Others**
- Support the Administrative Officer to process the office license extension;
- Other tasks assigned by Country Director;
**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the fields relevant to the assignment;
- Preferably minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in media, content production, digital communications, graphic design, event organization, or related field; **we welcome experienced consultant; assistant or junior officer to apply**.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese written and verbal communication skills;
- Good experience in networking, social media and public speaking;
- Having connections with the media, Television and Newspapers’ representatives;
- Intermediate knowledge of graphic design and making audio-visual products;
- Good communication, organizational, collaboration, interpersonal and team-building skills;
- Good working knowledge of business regulations, procedures and management skills;
- Familiarity with the working environment and professional standards of international organizations and national and state bodies;
- Knowing German would be an advantage;
