Ở vị trí **Senior Full-stack Engineer **tại Dreamerly, bạn được làm việc cùng các kỹ sư Việt tại **Amazon, TikTok, và Quora.** Đây cũng là **startup thứ ba của Việt Nam nhận đầu tư từ Y Combinator**, accelerator từng giúp các công ty như Airbnb, Reddit, Stripe, v.v. khởi nghiệp.

Ở Dreamerly, được bạn trực tiếp xây dựng nền tảng thương mại điện tử kết nối hoạ sĩ với khách hàng. Chúng tôi dự kiến nền tảng sẽ mở rộng ra nước ngoài, cũng như đi sâu vào các mảng anime, comics, và gaming. Dreamerly sẽ là nơi bạn được thoả sức thể hiện khả năng suy nghĩ độc lập, trí tò mò, khao khát phục vụ người sử dụng, thay vì phải nghe lệnh từ cấp trên. **Công việc**:

- Xây dựng website hoặc/và phát triển hệ thống backend
- Phối hợp cùng các thành viên trong team engineering, design, và content để thiết kế, lập trình, và duy trì hệ thống code
- Tối ưu (optimize) code và design về performance, stability, và maintainability để tạo ra trải nghiệm tốt nhất cho người dùng
- Tạo lập các animations và transitions gọn, đẹp, hấp dẫn
- Thiết lập các quy trình xử lý dữ liệu và lập trình cho đội ngũ developers

**Your skills and experience**:
**Yêu cầu**:

- Tò mò về thế giới xung quanh, có lập trường và sáng kiến của riêng mình (chúng tôi sẽ không nhận những người chỉ biết làm việc theo lệnh/yêu cầu của người khác)
- Có tư duy về sản phẩm và người dùng, có khả năng học hỏi nhanh, tháo vát, có tư duy xử lý vấn đề
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm và kỷ luật cao
- 3+ năm kinh nghiệm phát triển full-stack
- Kinh nghiệm giải quyết các vấn đề tương thích trình duyệt (browser compatibility) và tối ưu front-end performance
- Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế hệ thống (system design)
- Biết các design patterns cơ bản; ưu tiên các ứng viên có con mắt và tư duy design tốt
- Ưu tiên các ứng viên có kinh nghiệm thiết kế trang web quy mô lớn
