**Description**

The IQC Supervisor is responsible for the arrangement of IQC’s incoming inspection work and the follow-up processing of related affairs.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Work assignment and coordination of IQC inspection team;

2. Internal communication of program operation and operation requirements within the group, and monitoring of the implementation status;

3. Confirms feedback of defective samples (including internal or supplier provided) and confirmation of defective products in the incoming inspection;

4. Reviews the return report and confirmation of emergency release;

5. Reviews project sample material inspection report;

6. Judges the quality of incoming materials and work performance of IQC inspectors;

7. Supervises IQC member job skill training;

8. Completes other tasks arranged by superiors.

**Formal Education & Certification**

Graduated from college/ university with a major in business administration, electronics, machinery, foreign languages and other related majors.

**Knowledge & Experience**

1. Over 3 years of experience as IQC Supervisor;

2. Good at MS Offices;

3. Good command of the English language;

4. Result-orientated and work under high pressure;

5. Logic thinking and good analysis ability on problem findings and taking corrective actions plan;

6. High sense of responsibility and teamwork skills;

7. Honest and dedicated, serious and careful work, good at communication and expressive;

8. Willing to work at a new Company.

**Work Conditions**
- 48hours per week
- Sitting for extended periods of time; Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, etc.
