Nghiên cứu và sáng tạo concept thiết kế sản phẩm mới dựa trên phân tích về đặc điểm của khách hàng
- Phối hợp với stakeholders để lựa chọn phương án thiết kế sản phẩm, chịu trách nhiệm về hình ảnh, thiết kế in ấn liên quan
- Thảo luận và trao đổi cùng với Team Leader, lên ý tưởng thiết kế: Chụp sản phẩm, Mockup sản phẩm, Hoàn thiện sản phẩm
- Xu hướng thiết kế thị trường Âu Mỹ: Style thiết kế đa dạng lên sản phẩm, Personalize

**Chức vụ**: Nhân Viên/Chuyên Viên

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Mức lương: Fresher Up to 9tr, Junior Up To 12tr, Middle Up to 15tr
- Từ: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Thứ Hai - Thứ Sáu, và hai ngày Thứ Bảy trong tháng.
Nghỉ Trưa: 12:00 AM - 1:30 PM.
- Phụ cấp ăn trưa 1.000.000 đồng, gửi xe miễn phí
- Thu nhập: 13 tháng lương/năm. Review tăng lương 1 lần/năm.
- Bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế, bảo hiểm thất nghiệp theo Luật bảo hiểm.
- Thưởng Quý, thưởng các dịp Lễ Tết: Tết dương lịch, Quốc khánh, 30/04 - 01/05, Trung thu..
- Đầy đủ các thiết bị làm việc như: máy tính đồ họa, máy ảnh, studio và thiết bị trong studio, ánh sáng, các tài nguyên khác như Adobe bản quyền, Stock
- Được đi sâu vào dự án phát triển sản phẩm, đưa giá trị sản phẩm đến tận tay người dùng trên các nền tảng thương mại điện tử, phục vụ 100% khách hàng quốc tế (Âu/Mỹ/Úc).
- Được training khi bắt đầu và trong quá trình làm việc..
- Đồng nghiệp trẻ trung, năng động, luôn hỗ trợ và giúp đỡ nhau.
- Môi trường làm việc văn minh, công bằng.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm làm việc
- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành mỹ thuật, thiết kế đồ họa, truyền thông đa phương tiện....các chuyên ngành liên quan
- Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm đồ họa như Photoshop (bắt buộc), Illustrator
- Có kiến thức cơ bản về thiết kế (bắt buộc), nguyên lý thị giác, nguyên tắc thiết kế
- Tiếng Anh cơ bản
- Có thái độ nghiêm túc, có trách nhiệm với công việc
- Gu thẩm mỹ tốt

Điểm cộng nếu có:

- Khả năng chụp ảnh sản phẩm, video (Videoshort, Edit Capcut )
- Kiến thức về ngành E-commerce, thị trường Âu Mỹ các kênh như shopify, amazon, etsy
- Kỹ năng công cụ giải quyết vấn đề thiết kế, tối ưu hóa, kỹ năng quản lý công việc cá nhân và giao tiếp tốt
- Tinh thần giúp đỡ, cùng nhau thúc đẩy team phát triển
