**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
1. Operational Effectiveness
a. Manage all aspects of plant maintenance to ensure efficient production with respect of safety, quality, reliability and cost control
b. Complete reports as required (monthly production reports, payroll etc...)
c. Review and improve quality procedures and processes of the production plants including implementation of new plants from time to time
d. Responsible for ensuring all EIS (Element Important for Safety) are appropriately identified, recorded and maintained
e. To ensure the PID (Process & Instrumentation Diagrams) are correctly updated for any changes and the review of existing PID’s for conformance.
f. Ensure all equipment is appropriately calibrated

2. Safety, Quality & IMS
a. To acquire and keep up-to-date knowledge of work health and safety matters
b. To ensure that the person conducting the business or undertaking has appropriate processes for receiving and considering information regarding incidents, hazards and risks and responding in a timely way to that information

3. Process Support and Optimization
a. Collect, analyse operation data of all kind of plant and compare it with standard and target, raise some suggestion to improve the performance of plants.
b. Lead a team to solute some trouble, problems of process part of MC and analyse root cause.

4. People Management
a. Manage the production and maintenance staff (including training and regular tool box meetings)
b. Provide guidance and assistance to the team
c. Prioritise work loads and daily tasks of production operators
d. Ensuring safe work procedures and Air Liquide SOP's are followed and enforced

5. Decision Making
a. Production and maintenance improvements (up to a approved limits)
b. Purchasing of equipment - sourcing lowest price (up to approved limits)
c. Responsibility for staff arrangements in production Quality procedures
