**Principal responsibilities**-
**Develop compelling copy that resonates with our target audience and aligns with brand voice guidelines.**Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform content strategy.**Identify gaps (if any) in overall content strategy and recommend updates**Understanding of content clusters and content pillars**Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and effective content.**Optimize content for SEO to improve site visibility and organic traffic.**Analyze content performance metrics using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.**Assist in the development of content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content in line with marketing campaigns.**Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in digital marketing, content writing, and the retail and hospitality industries.**Excellent communicator (Proficient at English speaking and writing skills).**Comfortable presenting work to and interacting with global teams**Ability to work quickly and independently, but also as part of a team**Repurposing content for new formats and channels.**

**Qualifications**:
**Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.**Proven experience as a content writer or similar role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.**Strong portfolio showcasing writing skills across various digital formats.**Excellent research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.**Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).**Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.**Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.**Creativity and a passion for storytelling.**

**Preferred Skills**:
**Knowledge of marketing automation tools and social media platforms.**Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.**-
**Basic skills at Graphic Designing / having a creative perspective**Keen eye for layout, design, color, composition**Expert on MS Suite (Power point, Word, Excel)
