**Basic Job Functions**:

- Work independently and with team members to perform senior level server and storage functions with multiple technologies.
- To support all the IT servers hosted in DNM resolve server-related issues/problems and ensure high availability of IT services to the business operation.

**Education/Experience**:

- 8 years of relevant working environment in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor Degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred.

**Required Skills/Competencies**:

- 4+ years of experience and/or working knowledge of Windows and VMWare software.
- Senior level knowledge of server hardware (Dell, Cisco UCS and others a plus). Experience should include monitoring, installation, configuration, tuning and management.
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange required and O365 a plus.
- 4+ years of experience with Storage Area Network environment desired.
- 4+ years of experience with a 24/7 Datacenter Environment desired.
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft SCOM/SCCM Server desired.
- 4+ years of experience with VMware ESX Server desired.
- Senior level knowledge of enterprise level SANs (3par, EMC, etc).
- Senior knowledge of backup and storage concepts including Avamar and Data Domain a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of storage tuning, gathering data and presenting storage statistics to support required/requested storage-based performance initiatives
- Senior expertise of 3PAR’s “Thin Provisioning” or other “Thin Provisioning” technologies
- Senior expertise of SAN Replication Technologies.
- Senior expertise Knowledge of patch management practices for a Microsoft Windows environment and 3par.

- Exposure to SOX controls, processes, etc.
- 2+ years of experience in Orchestrator, general automation and scripting.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
Primary Responsibilities:

- Work with inter/intra team members around the globe to research, plan, implement and support IT flexible, high availability solutions.
- Work with enterprise infrastructure including but not limited to, MS Active Directory, MS Active Directory Group Policies, MS Exchange, MS Clusters, MS SMS, MS SQL, Microsoft Antivirus, EMC SANs, Citrix and monitoring tools.
- Utilize project management skills and manage day to day priorities.
- Research, test, and implement business continuity, including Disaster recovery, patch management, security, etc.
- Evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues.
- Create, modify and keep network documentation.
- Adheres to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.
- Performs other assignments as required.
- Must be able to server on-call on a periodic basis.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to research, plan, implement and support high availability solutions.
- Plan, implement, support, monitor and maintain KLM hosted IT Services including MS Active Directory, MS Active Directory Group Policies, MS Exchange, MS Clusters, MS SMS, MS SQL, Veritas BackupExec, SANs, Citrix Presentation Server and SCOM monitoring tool.
- Manage continuous improvement projects and IT initiates.
- Advocate best practices for local and global server related processes.
- Test, improve and implement business continuity plans including daily backups, Disaster Recovery, patch management and system security.
- Evaluate, diagnose and resolve server related issues.
- Support annual plant maintenance exercise.
- Create and maintain site related server documentation.
- Support 24/7 on call duty.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, Health and Safety and Responsible Business Alliance policies and procedures that is enforced within the organization.
