The job holder is responsible for supporting the Bond Trading Director to build a Bond Trading Desk of Techcombank as one of the market-leading market makers, with outstanding sales volume and business performance, effectively managing bank book portfolio, increasing transaction turnover with non-banking financial institutions, building and developing a market to expand customers database
Corporate bond Trading: The job holder is responsible for supporting the Bond Trading Director to issue and distribute Bond to raise capital for TCB and perform debt trading on the basis of coordination with other divisions; developing products and solutions related to corporate bonds for customers

**Key Accountabilities (1)**:

Building a strategy and positioning the reputation of Government bonds/Corporate bond
- Develop strategy and implementation plan for business strategy, product development strategy for bonds
- Build a position on the reputation of TCB's bond business in the market
- Coordinate with departments in the bank to develop strategies related bond products on a bank-wide scale.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the implementation of Techcombank's reputation positioning in the bond market
- Acting as Techcombank's representative in bond market activities
- Develop relationships with partners and management agencies, associations, and partners related to professional fields in bond market
- Update and giving opinions at forums, changing policies and legal frameworks related to bond products
- Represent Techcombank to propose professional market development solutions, developing bond market products
- Structure and develop debt capital products

**Key Accountabilities (2)**:

Financial performance management and Product management
- Responsible for planning and implementing financial plans of the bond business
- Implement effective financial management (daily, monthly, quarterly, annually) based on Vietnamese and international accounting standards in accordance with the Bank's regulations
- Coordinate with relevant departments to periodically evaluate and review all cycles and limits of bond products
- Coordinate to build appropriate customer limit
- Participate in building solutions for customers
- Responsible for pricing of bond products
- Participate in training for internal and external customers
- Ensure business operations within regulatory limits
- Analyze business opportunities, market conditions, consult information sources to make decisions to minimize/optimize risks for the bank
- Identify early signs of risk to take concrete action
- Develop sale network (goive bond/corporate bond trading) and connect retail and wholesale bond distribution network (corporate bond trading)
- Responsible for managing and increasing the efficiency of the liquidity portfolio, the capital optimization portfolio of the bank book (govie bond trading) and increase turnover for corporate bond book (corporate bond trading)

- Build a culture of compliance and cohesion at the bond and debt capital department

**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:

- Qualification: Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in the field of Economics, Finance, Banking. CFA preferable
- Experience: Minimum 6 years working in banking and finance industry
- English: According to regulations of the Bank from time to time
- Have an in-depth understanding of financial market products
- Demonstrate experience in leading an effective cross-functional team
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and a strong sense of initiative
