**Responsibilities**:
- Execute daily VACOps tasks, including system monitoring, project progress, troubleshooting, and incident resolution, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Lead the installation of diverse IT infrastructure elements, including networks, computers, CCTV, servers, and racks, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Troubleshoot, upgrade, and optimize existing infrastructures to improve overall performance and meet evolving requirements.
- Source hardware equipment and organize comprehensive buying lists, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality with collaboration with Procurement team.
- Oversee contractors' work, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
- Configure and troubleshoot Linux-related issues to maintain a secure and efficient operating environment.
- Address the maintenance and repair of printers, scanners, and other IT equipment to uphold operational efficiency.
- Provide technical assistance and support for queries and issues, escalating matters to a VACOps Team Lead when necessary.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Work on documentation creation and identify opportunities for process improvements within the technical support domain.
- Travel on missions within the country and abroad as required by business need.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT operations, infrastructure deployment, and technical support.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Linux systems.
- Strong understanding of hardware components and network setups.
- Familiarity with security audit procedures and compliance checklists.
- Experience in managing and optimizing vendor relationships.
- Ability to travel internationally for missions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technology challenges.
