You have good web development skills, **6+ year experiences in Front-end development**, are technically savvy, and have a nice grasp on coding techniques. **WE NEED YOU ON OUR TEAM**

As a frontend technical lead at Parcel Perform, you will be responsible for setting the direction of software development in the company, as part of the technical leadership team. You will also be hands-on in writing code, mentoring other developers, and collaborating with other technical leads, architects, user experience specialists, and product designers. You will work on exciting projects that involve building rich, interactive user interfaces that provide great experiences for customers.

The skills
- **Excellent knowledge of TypeScript (preferred) or modern JavaScript (ES6+)**
- Proven experience with modern frontend technologies and their ecosystem
- Solid understanding of JavaScript's concurrency model and event loop
- Good knowledge of at least one higher-level programming language and its ecosystem (preferably Python or Scala)
- You feel comfortable working with data structures, both relational and NoSQL databases
- Know-how of any MQ as a communication hub. If you start one today, that still counts
- Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership role, providing guidance and direction to other developers
- Solid software development background, familiar with modern and scalable software development practices
- Used to writing modular, testable, and extensible code, independently of the framework of the day
- Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, especially in writing and documentation
- English communication is a must

Nice to have skills
- Experience with DevOps, deploying your own code to production environments
- A full stack mindset, understanding how things work under the hood, and being willing to help when needed
- Experience designing public APIs (REST, gRPC, etc...)
- Clear understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
